Accessibility statement Beta

Krinkie’s wants everyone to be able to use this website, find information and request service, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Why this statement says “Beta”

This website was rebuilt in 2026. We are still testing it with assistive technology and fixing problems as we find them. This statement will be updated as that work continues, and we will remove the Beta label once a full review is finished.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We do not yet claim full conformance.

What we have done

  • Each page has a “Skip to content” link, one main heading, and headings in a logical order.
  • Menus, forms, buttons and FAQ answers work with a keyboard, and focus is visible.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Photos have text descriptions. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and buttons use high-contrast brand colors, and the layout works when you zoom in or use a phone.
  • Animations turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Phone numbers can be tapped to call.

Known limitations

  • Service area map: the interactive map may be hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard. The same information is available as a text list of every community we serve on the service areas page, and the ZIP and town checker works without the map.
  • Content from other companies: Google reviews, the BBB seal, the TrustedSite badge and linked websites are provided by other companies, and we can’t fully control how accessible they are.
  • Older documents: some forms and documents we share outside this website, such as manufacturer manuals, may not be accessible. We can read them to you or provide the information another way.
